Old Congress Heights School
Redevelopment of historic school. ERCDC conducted a neighborhood charette to capture the community's ideas concerning the redevelopment of the site. ERCDC is currently working with the Old Congress Heights Community Task Force to develop a plan for the redevelopment of this neighborhood landmark.
